1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and LinearNexus ("LinearNexus," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Linearloops. By creating an account, accessing, or using LinearNexus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

LinearNexus provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) AI-native omnichannel sales CRM platform. Features include, but are not limited to:

• Unified conversation synchronization across WhatsApp Business and Email (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP).
• Real-time AI message categorization, buying intent triage, and signature-based contact enrichment.
• Knowledge-base grounded AI response drafting and automated calendar meeting link generation.
• Visual Kanban sales deal boards and pipeline sequence management.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at devops@linearloop.io if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security regarding your workspace.

You agree not to misuse the LinearNexus platform. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

5. Third-Party Integrations & API Terms

LinearNexus connects with third-party platforms (such as Google Workspace, Gmail API, Google Calendar API, and WhatsApp). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those third-party providers:

• Google APIs: Your use of Google integrations is subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• WhatsApp: Your use of WhatsApp messaging is subject to the Meta Business and WhatsApp Messaging Policies.

6. Intellectual Property & Customer Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to all customer conversations, email threads, contact records, and knowledge base documents uploaded or synced to your LinearNexus workspace. We claim no ownership over your data.

LinearNexus IP: All rights, copyrights, trademarks, software code, user interface designs, and documentation related to LinearNexus are and remain the exclusive property of Linearloops.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LinearNexus is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for high uptime and accurate AI generation, AI-generated drafts are intended for human review and should be verified prior to dispatch.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LinearNexus or Linearloops be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your workspace settings or by contacting customer support. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and you may request full data deletion pursuant to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
